Our shipping policy can get any better. * FREE Shipping applies to specific products only, orders greater than $300 and and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States. In addition, Space City Drones is one of the best and most trusted online drone dealer that provides official DJI, Yuneec, Autel and many more products via free shipping - doesn't get any better than that! If you place your order before 4PM EST your product will be shipped that same day at no cost to you - only within the contiguous U.S.. Any orders that being ship to an address other than your billing address will be subject to further verification and most likey will NOT ship on the same same day.
After you place your order, you will be able to track is status with the tracking number that we will provided to you once we have it.
If you purchase during the weekend or after 4PM EST on Friday, we will ship the following Monday. Please note, our orders will not shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We love our customers and no one goes as far as Space City Drones to insure that they are happy with their experience.
Space City Drones wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help. We offer a 10-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked. Opened and flown product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking. Any defective merchandise need to be reported to Drone Nerds within 10 business days of the order.
All returns must be pre-approved. Space City Drones reserves the right to reject a returned item if it has not been previously authorized with a RMA# or is returned in a condition that is not able to be resold “As New”. All packages received without RMA#’s are automatically rejected and returned at the sender’s expense. Refunds will be processed as soon as a technician conducts a final inspection on the product.
If the reason for a return is because of a faulty product or the item shipped was not the item ordered, a printed return label will be emailed to you and the postage covered. If a return is requested because the product ordered is no longer desired, as long as the prouduct is unused, a return will be accepted with the postage covered by the customer.
Products ordered that are either Special Order or Custom Order that are not normally stocked at our Heber City, Utah are not eligible for returns.
We, of course, hope there are no issues with the products we ship out, but if there are, we handle the issue professionally because we treat our customers like we want to be treated.
