How do I buy a drone or accessory?Select your item and additional products, and then click "ADD TO CART". When you have chosen all your wanted items click "Check Out".

How quickly do you respond to email queries?We answer all emails almost immediately. If it is not answered immediately, it is answered within the hour.

I ordered something, but I want to cancelAll orders and product shipments can be cancelled until they are shipped. **Most shipments have tracking numbers within 24 hours so if you do need to cancel, do so quickly after your order**  If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact our support center by emailing sales@spacecitydrones.com following payment. Once the packaging and shipping packages have left the building, the orders cannot be canceled.

Is this site secure to use?It sure is! We use PayPal and a 3rd party credit card processor to process payments, so not even our staff is able to see your payment details. PayPal is the world's largest and most popular secure payment provider when it comes to transactions. For added security, our website is built on the Shopify secure platform. What type of payments you accept?We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and we offer excellent drone financing options.

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?We don’t accept the service for cash on delivery (COD).

Do you offer bulk discounts?On certain products, you will notice the option to buy in bulk to receive a bigger discount. Let us know if you have any problems finding this notice.

Do you deliver to my country? We deliver almost anywhere per shipping agreements.  If you want to ship somewhere else outside the US, please email us at sales@spacecitydrones to get an accurate shipping quote to attach to your order.

Do you offer free shipping?Always for US shipping locations if you order is greater than $300.

How long will it take to get my order?Most our order are shipped FEDEX or USP ground.  Delivery usually takes about 7-10 days within US, and 15-30 business days international.

Do I need to pay customs fees or charges?That depends on the laws of your country. In the majority of the cases, no, you are not required to pay any customs fee/s. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.

In case of package fail of delivery. Do you have a guarantee or warranty? Occasionally, the possibility of package fail of delivery will be occurred, the package will be sent back to the original dispatching address after 2-3 times of attempting delivery. Once the packages leave our warehouse, the speed and care of the packages now lies in either Fedex or UPS liability. In the instance something happens, we will help with the process of getting you a refund or a re-shipment.

How do I track my order? Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. We are usually able to provide the order tracking code within 18 minutes of your order.
